Every plan uses the same queue, editor, QA and delivery features. The difference is the included line allowance, the per-line overage rate, the V-800 minute rate and the typist cap.

Setup fees are one-time onboarding and account configuration. The founding TSO cohort has setup waived. A twelve-month commitment at meaningful volume can be quoted below the published per-line floor with founder approval.

V-800 plans are separate from platform tiers. A platform tier already includes a discounted V-800 minute rate, shown in the table above.

$9.99/month per additional number. Professional includes one number and Enterprise includes two; additional numbers are month-to-month.
Queue, editor, multi-level QA, client folders, author management, delivery rules, audit trail, business associate agreement and standard support.
Telecom carrier fees, custom integrations outside the standard delivery connectors, and any negotiated onsite work. Those are quoted separately before they start.
Prepaid platform tiers can be paid monthly by card. Voice and fax usage draw from prepaid balances, so a busy week does not create a surprise invoice.
Prepaid plans do not require an annual contract. A twelve-month commitment is optional and is what unlocks a founder-approved rate below the published floor.
About 14 days of parallel running is included for founding cohort companies. We import authors, clients and worktypes; you cut over when the output matches.
Numbers on a page are useful. Your own dictation, your own worktypes and your own delivery rules are better. The sandbox is open, and a working instance is available for the founding cohort.
