Vareque is the platform behind your service. We handle the dictation line, the work queue, the editor, the QA trail and the delivery — you keep the client relationship and the profit. We do not sell transcription to your end clients, and we do not bid against you for them.
You are already carrying scheduling, staffing, client expectations and compliance. The last thing you need is a platform that treats you as a channel, caps your growth, or forces you onto a per-seat bill that punishes you for hiring.
Pay for the work you process, not the number of people you train. Add editors, QA staff and account managers without a platform penalty. Typist caps exist only on the smallest plans.
Your authors see your instructions, your branding and your delivery process. We do not market transcription services to your clients or compete for their work. That commitment is in the agreement.
The published tiers step down as volume grows, and a twelve-month commitment can unlock a founder-approved rate below the published floor. You can model the whole bill before you move a single author.
We import your author, client and worktype lists, then run alongside your current process while you compare output. You cut over when the work matches, not on a date somebody else picked.
The V-800 line lets an author pause and resume for up to seven days, and edit a recent dictation after hanging up. That is less re-dictation, fewer callbacks and cleaner audio for your team.
Intake, assignment, transcription, QA and delivery sit on one queue. Every handoff is logged, so client questions and compliance reviews have an answer that is not a screenshot.
Platform fee only, using the published tier math. Voice minutes, fax pages and any add-ons are separate and are modelled on the pricing page. No annual contract is required on the prepaid plans.
| Monthly volume | Cheapest published tier | Platform fee | Effective rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2,000 lines/day 60,000 lines/month |
Enterprise TSO | $579/mo | 0.97¢/line |
| 5,000 lines/day 150,000 lines/month |
Enterprise TSO | $1,389/mo | 0.93¢/line |
| 10,000 lines/day 300,000 lines/month |
Enterprise TSO | $2,739/mo | 0.91¢/line |
| 20,000 lines/day 600,000 lines/month |
Enterprise TSO | $5,439/mo | 0.91¢/line |
Math uses 30 days per month and the included-line allowances published on the pricing page. Typist caps may require a higher tier at some volumes; the pricing calculator accounts for that. A twelve-month commitment at 5,000+ lines per day can be quoted below the published floor with founder approval.
We would rather do ten migrations properly than a hundred badly. The founding cohort gets the hands-on version of everything below, and we use the feedback to harden the platform for the next group.
No. We provide the platform; you own the client relationship. We do not market transcription services to your end clients and we do not bid on their work. That commitment is written into the agreement, not just stated on a page.
It is your data. You can export your authors, clients, worktypes, job history and delivered files. We will give you a practical export path and a defined wind-down window, not a hostage negotiation.
Most teams run in parallel for about 14 days. We import the lists, map your worktypes and delivery rules, and run real work beside your current process until the output matches. Cutover is your call.
The published prepaid plans do not require one. A twelve-month commitment is optional and is what unlocks a founder-approved rate below the published floor.
No. The platform handles medical and legal dictation, multi-level QA, client delivery and audit trails. The same queue serves both, with separate client folders and permissions.
Yes. We sign a business associate agreement, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and keep an auditable record of access and delivery. We do not claim CJIS compliance, so if you serve law enforcement, tell us and we will scope it honestly.
In many cases yes. We will map your existing numbers where the carrier allows it, and provision new numbers where it does not. Number work is part of onboarding, not a separate project.
Founding cohort companies get direct founder access during onboarding. After that, support is handled by the same team that runs the platform, with a documented escalation path for production issues.
The fastest way to judge a platform is to run your own dictation through it. Use the live sandbox, or ask us to set up a working instance with your worktypes and a sample of real files.
